Do I have to pay any fees or commissions?

No. PrimeAcre Capital pays all standard closing costs, including title insurance and prorated property taxes for the current year. There are no real estate commissions and no hidden fees. Any past-due property taxes, liens, or required FIRPTA withholding for foreign sellers, if applicable, are deducted from your proceeds at closing.

How long does closing take?

Closing typically occurs within 15 days following the Feasibility Study period of 35 days. If we receive a CLEAR report from the environmental company sooner, the closing may also be scheduled earlier.

How do I receive my money?

Funds are paid at closing by wire transfer or check. The $500 initial deposit from PrimeAcre Capital is held in escrow by the title company until closing.

What happens during the feasibility period?

We review basic property information such as title, access, zoning, wetland, encroachment, utilities, and whether any endangered species are located on your property.
